Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market.     Perfect Paring Knife

    This paring and peeling knife is very sharp and very easy to use! I use it for apples, pears, kiwis, oranges, etc. It fits well in my hand and I can peel accurately. It is wicked sharp, however, so be careful when using!

    Comfortable, sharp knife

    Have tested it on several apples and other fruits. Fits nicely in my palm and appreciate that I can hold it by the blade and not just the handle. It is also easy the clean what with the metal flowing smoothly into the handle. (Not sure if the metal would rust, so clean each time with rubbing alcohol. Bolts are nicely flush wit the handle material.) Could wish the blade was a bit more curved as that would make peeling apples faster. Why only four stars? The guard that came with it is a bit of a joke as it only protects about the last 1/2" of the tip of the blade. Being so small it is a bit difficult to get on the first try and looks to be very easy to lose. I'll probably ditch it as soon as I can get a decent holder or guard that the knife fits with. This is not a knife you want to just toss in a drawer with other kitchen tools.

    It's a matter of Need over Want

    It is said that need and want are two different thing. I had wanted a Bird's Bear knife for a while as my then current knife was at the end of its useful like. But I can say you need one of these. Does everything, from coring strawberries, removing stems from mushrooms to gently pealing apples. I have many bearing knifes, but this knife seems to eb my go to knife for any other things. It is soupier sharp so be careful. So pleased with my purchase.
