These little fry pans are great for the entertainer. Love using for hot dips, mini frittata, omelette, baby dutch pancakes, skillet cornbread and chocolate chip cookies. The presentation is unusual, and the cast iron helps everything turn out perfect. First saw these used at a restaurant while on vacation, and have since added several to my collection.

Mini Skillet Cookies

Love making skillet cookies in these mini skillets! I take my traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe, and pop them in the oven for ten minutes. Nice individual dessert, especially topped with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.

great egg pan

I wanted a egg pan perfect for one. This one is great. The cast iron heats very evenly. The enamel coating means no seasoning and a much easier cleaning than traditional cast iron. I like the offset handle. It makes it easier to work with because of the weight. It also makes great skillet cookies.

Great single serving pan

This is a cute mini pan that has a great handle that has an off set design to make it easier to flip food over. I also like how it makes it so that the handle is farther away from the flame, so my hand doesn't get hot when it's on the stove since it is such a small pan.

Handy

Use a cast iron fry pan instead of your little non stick for all those little cooking tasks. Even heat, nice release and easy clean up are all reasons to reach for cast iron instead of stainless steel or aluminum. One or two eggs are perfect in this as well as those times you need to precook small batches of onion or garlic before adding to a recipe.

Perfect Single Serve Option

My mom fries one egg every day in her cast iron fry pan. It always stays on her stove. That's only the beginning of this little pan's use! It's perfect for a cookie, mini cobbler, an omelet, or a special side of mac and cheese. I love individual servings; it makes you feel very special. Cast iron heats evenly and cleans up like a breeze because it's enamelled on the inside too.

This little fry pan can be used for so many things. Heats quickly and retains an even heat for roasting garlic, toasting nuts and spices, frying a single egg and so on. I like that it can be used on the stove top or oven.

Cute little fry pan!

This is a great mini fry pan for doing a fried egg in, or a serving of an individual cookie skillet or even sides. This is a great addition to any table setting. Since it’s enameled cast iron, you don’t have to worry about seasoning the pan like traditional cast iron, and it can go from the stove to oven to table with ease. A great little piece to have in your kitchen!

This is perfect for frying that single egg. I love mine and it gets the edges nice as crispy, just the way I like them. I make cookie dough, specifically chocolate chip, and freeze in balls so that all I have to do is pop one out and bake for a cookie treat. This pan works wonderfully for just that occassion

Versatile

This is so handy to baste an egg to top off a dish or sandwich, roast a garnish (i.e. Mushrooms etc), melt butter. Easy to clean.
