My Scalp loves it!

Came here months after purchasing it. This is the best shampoo have used to tame my scalp's dryness and dandruff. I've used it for years, stopped, but then came back to it after experiencing a LOT of itching with my dreads after using Olaplex (no hate but clearly not for me). This calmed my irritated scalp when nothing else could (and I used some drug store medicated dandruff shampoos). Even when my stylist would do my hair too tight, I would slap this thing on and feel the relief is an instant! I know some people have said the ingredients have changed but I haven't had an issue with it (and my skins pretty. I use it at lwast once a week and havent haf any issues with flaking with my scalp when Im consistent with it. This will continue to be a staple in my hair care routine!

Formula Change

WHY would they change the formula and take out the ingredient that actually helped? I've tried SO many different shampoos for my dandruff and this was the only one that kept it in check. I used the new formula before realizing it was changed and wondered why my scalp was worse than it has been in forever. So disappointed and sad.

This has been a life saver for my eczema

I had an inflammed, scaley, scabby head from how bad my eczema was! This stuff felt like heaven and made it so I didn't have to use steroid creams. This would be five stars BUT... I'm hearing the formula changed and I'm heartbroken...my supply is running low. :( Please please PLEASE change it back!! I would recommend the previous formula.

Formula Changed

Formula changed. We've been using this particular shampoo for years and it's been wonderful. The formula has changed and no longer contains zinc which is one of the main reasons I purchased for me and my kiddos hair. I will be sticking to Taraji P Henson shampoo TPH master cleanse which is more expensive in price but it's worth the extra money

Formula change

The new formula no longer has Zinc Pyrithione, which is the primary reason I purchased this product. Many other types of anti dandruff active ingredients are too harsh for curly hair types, but this shampoo with the previous formula worked excellently for my son’s hair. The bottle used to say “For Hair Types 3 & 4” but now says for all hair types. Super disappointed this product was changed. Will no longer be purchasing this.

Reformulated. Target needs to update the photos and description, the new formula removes pyrithione zinc from the formula. Tried the new version and it does NOTHING for my dandruff! Don’t waste your money!

Beware! Formual Change

This was the most effective psoriasis controlling shampoo and it didn’t destroy my curls. The new formula is terrible. Doesn’t do anything for the flaking. I have psoriasis patches again within a week. Not only is it ineffective now, but my hair feels like straw.
