Don't expect any garlic flavor. There is none. It's essentially the red bag "good & gather" fried onions with black pepper powder lightly sprinkled. Not bad, but not the flavor powerhouse you would expect, looking at the name and supposed ingredients. I'm going back to red bag after trying these. They aren't bad, but they aren't what I hoped for, or expected.
