I decided to give up my bad habit of eating chocolates in the morning for breakfast. These dates are a perfect substitution for my sweet tooth. I have two or three every morning and they really are great at satisfying a sugar craving in a healthy way. I keep the bag in the refrigerator so they are right there for me. They are chewy and pitted too.

I literally eat dates every day as a snack. I don’t know what was wrong with this batch, but they were super dry and not very tasty. I thought it was beyond expired, but when I checked the expiration date, it wasn’t. Just really bad quality dates I guess. I do not recommend these
