  • A: I recently had the same experience. Guest relations only offered a 10% refund which doesn’t even cover the cost of 1 sham, which are out of stock. I have to take the insert out and take it to a store hoping the next set comes with all 3 pieces I paid for. For a higher end brand I’m so disappointed.

  • A: I consider this of mine wrinkle resistant, yes. It has a lot of rayon in it, so wrinkles much less than reg 100% linen. Wrinkle-free? maybe not.

  • A: I was gifted this set by someone who found it too warm. HOWEVER because I am a very hot sleeper, I use duvet covers without inserts as bedspreads. This one is absolutely perfect for that. Unlike others I’ve used, this feels more like a very lightweight bedspread or blanket than a thick sheet.

    Love this!

    I LOVE this duvet set. I actually have two of them, the first one I got was a dusty, dark pink and then recently I just bought the warm brown color. They’re nice and heavy and add weight to whatever comforter you have inside, which I appreciate. It makes it feel so nice and cozy. The color is beautiful, and I have not experienced any fading or problems with upholding through washing and drying (I use a cold water and very low heat only). I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a linen or linen like material without spending a ton of money. It’s still quite expensive in my opinion, but both times I found them on sale. But I would say totally worth the price if you are able to spend that much. I’m actually looking to get a third one, maybe the natural color lol. Pictured with the woven blanket from Target, which I will make another review for. Also, in case anyone is wondering, it is cat approved lol

    Horrible Zipper - Does not last

    The zipper on this duvet cover is easily damaged and will not last. The weight of this is too much for the zipper and internal ties. The quality of the fabric is great, but the quality of the duvet as a whole is horrible.

    For the last few years, we have exclusively used these duvets on our beds (Queen and full). I love the ties in the corners to hold the insert in place, the fast zipper (buttons are so fiddly), and the down-to-earth texture. One thing to know: the first time or two you wash and dry the set, there will be a lot of lint/fuzz. But that goes away. We haven't had a seam separate before, knock on wood we never do. I am about to buy my third one as I am now so tired of the dark grey and looking for something fresh and springy.

    Best duvet ever!!

    I’m not sure if they’ve changed the quality of this since we got ours seeing all the bad reviews but we LOVE it. When I think of “heavyweight” I think of hot and that’s not the case at all. It adds some “weight” to our duvet causing my husband and I to sleep like absolute BABIES. He even commented that whatever I did to the bed to not change it because he’s sleeping so good. ( he didn’t notice it was a totally different color duvet than before lol) I also like that the pillowcases have a smooth almost satin feeling side which feels so nice to sleep on. I don’t know that I could ever go back to any other type of duvet cover since this one is so good. We paid for this item ourselves, I loathe reviews where they got product for free because they are biased.

    The look of the linen fabric is lovely and has a nice, high-quality weight to it. However, because it doesn't have enough internal ties, the insert slides around inside the cover, leaving empty, flat fabric areas—even with an oversized king insert, it just doesn't stay put. After washing/drying I had to spend significant time steaming it to get it looking smooth.

    Really pricey and will fall apart.

    Feels really great when you buy but once you wash once, the bedding just falls apart. So disappointing because I spent so much money on this. Holes ripped everywhere in the linen… had to throw it out since it wasn’t durable at alllllll and falling apart. This brand is so cute and soft at the store but you guys need to seriously figure out your quality issues before I would ever think about buying another item.

    Favorite Duvet cover

    Perfect weight and texture. The one side is soft and the top has a good medium texture for a nice decorative touch. It’s the perfect weight as well. I’ve tried others in the past from Target and this is my fav by far. HOWEVER, the price is extreme and I would not have considered this if I was not confident in the longevity and quality of the cover.

    We first got the duvet set home and noticed the duvet insert made by Casaluna is much too small. There's almost 12 inches of extra fabric. I didn't think it would bother me too much but, 6 months later, it still does. We've also noticed that after a few washes, the fabric on top of the duvet cover has started pilling. It's a shame. It otherwise is a nice duvet but, for the price, I would look elsewhere.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    VERY POOR quality. Followed the washing instructions and after just the first wash there were multiple rips found and the zipper broke. It has only continued to go downhill from there. It’s fallen apart completely. Would never recommend this product.

    Substantial, well made and very lovely duvet cover. Linen on front, coordinated satin on back. I have only washed the shams (test drive) and when line dried they are fine, but need a spin in the dryer (as recommended) to smooth them out. The linen fabric is beautiful. I’ve been looking for a deep tan/warm brown duvet cover for years, and this one is perfect. Heavy enough to be toasty and comforting in winter.

    Love it
