    Had Me Sharting for Days!!!

    I've tried different protein powders. This has a great taste and mixability. However, my stomach did not like it at all and could not properly digest it. I've been sharting for days and had to return this.

    The fruity cereal powder tastes pretty good, but falls a little short of Dymatize's same flavor. It breaks up well for protein shakes and drinks, and for the nutritional benefit the value for cost is great. Would highly recommend optimum!

    The smell is right, like Trix/fruit loops, but the lemon/lime flavors overpower it. It's good for a change of pace from the usual chocolate/vanilla/strawberry

    This protein is really affordable for the serving size also the macros are great for a protein. My negative comes in because the taste isn't all that great. It's okay, I know that it's a protein supplement but the flavor isn't very good mixed with water. But if you make a protein Ice Cream or shake it will taste better. I would recommend to someone else for sure but don't expect the best tasting protein you've ever had.

    im constantly working not getting enough protein in, im using this as a meal replacement and it helps me get enough protein in especially when I add pb powder, the whey,, cold brew coffee, and cocoa powder and eat a banana. it's great for both beginners and experts.

    I tried other proteins before and I didn’t like them cause they make my heartbeat go up but I tried this optimum nutrition protein and I love it I take it after every workout and it so good the flavor is perfect and it mix well with water i recommend this if you’re staring to workout it’s perfect for beginners like me, also I would recommend to mix it with your creatine in case you’re also taking creatine

    It's wild, but it tastes just like Trix cereal. I've made a few shakes with it so far and it tastes great. I'm looking forward to getting creative with it though and trying some desert recipes.

    I really like how this is low in sugar, high in protein and just enough calories! the flavor is great to add to most things - easy to make a protein coffee hot or cold, easy to put into a smoothie for the family or blend with the morning oatmeal!

    Overall a great tasting protein powder with 24 grams of protein. Used it for an after gym protein shake. Added some peanut butter and bananas into it and tasted great. I got the vanilla ice cream flavor but I’m sure other flavors would be great aswell. Texture after blending it up was super smooth and not too chunky at all. Great that it’s only one scoop for the protein as other brands are multiple scoops.
