Terrible outdated phone
The phone is constantly overheating, barely charges properly, has a terrible battery life so I have to charge it at least every 5 hours, the phone is constantly lagging, takes forever to get a decent signal anywhere or use the hotspot and it takes too long load things.

Great phone!!!
I had the phone for ages, and it never let me down. Unfortunately the phone has now had several issues and it is not cost effective to repair. Hence I am going to upgrade and Samsung will be on the list of phones for review. Modular / repairable with ease will be on the list of deciding factors.

I ordered this phone when I went to activate it, it cannot be put on, it is already discontinued now that I am wanting to return it, they do not receive it, it is unfair that they are selling expired things, it was a mistake

Having no edge around the screen is awful. When you hold the phone you touch things not meaning to. Very annoying

Damage, used and dirty
the phone is broken, the ports are dirty and the finger print is also broken. Why send a phone in these conditions? what a shame, this was a gift and the person who received it had to call me to tell me that the phone is used, damaged and dirty. i love target but this is a disappointment

It’s in pretty descent condition the only problem with it was that it wasn’t sealed right from the back part of the phone I had to take it to get that resealed but other than that it works perfectly fine

Came sooner than expected
Samsung has always been a high quality product so ordering an older version isn't very bad since they always have an update available regardless of the model that someone may have. It came 2 days sooner than the ETA given which is another plus, to top it off, was just like new. Very happy with this item.

Not in good condition
I got the phone in time for Christmas… unfortunately when we opened it, we couldn’t believe the company felt it was in a good condition to sell. The back camera screen was cracked. It was obvious that the phone had been open for internal repairs because the back plate didn’t sit flushed with the front screen plate and there was what seems like dried glue coming out to the gap space. When my daughter put it to charge, she said it had a buzzing sound all while being connected. The battery went from fully charged to 10% in 2 hours. Sorry , but we will be returning.

Worked for 5 months - cost $286 + $100 to replace battery
Bought a refurbished phone in January. Replaced the 5 year-old battery in May to address a battery drain issue ($100). Tried multiple charging ports/methods and cords. Will only charge when the phone is turned off. Drains immediately once turned on. Cannot be returned to the store, 5 months after purchase. Last purchase of a refurbished phone.

had to reture 2 phones both did not work.
i will never buy a refurnished phone from 232 incorporated again. i order a Samsung s9 it would not stay on. I had to return for another. Got another Samsung s9 to replace the broken on and THIS one was also not working. I would look else where before i buy refurnished phone from 232 incorporated as they are NOT verifying the phone actually works.
