Description
From mashed potatoes to whipped cream, this professional-grade hand mixer gives you the power and control to mix and blend with ease.
Prevent clouds of flour and splatters of dough by starting slow and gently increasing speed. This hand mixer's first speed is similar to Soft Start®* KitchenAid® mixers. The vent design and the finish make it easy to wipe the mixer clean.
Keep everything in one place. Stainless steel beaters, dough hooks and whisk mix everything from light and airy whipped cream to sticky bread dough.

Q: Is the slow speed slow enough not to fling ingredients out of the bowl? I have a hand mixer where the slow speed is more medium to high and when mixing dry ingredients, it makes a big mess.
A: Thank you for your question. The wattage on mixers has increased a great deal compared to mixers of the past. Unfortunately, with the increase in wattage, there is also an increase in speed. The attachments used with this appliance, have been tested rigorously with the mixer, to see that it maintain it's durability, when being used as directed. If you find that your ingredients are easily ejected from the mixer bowl, we would recommend that you use a taller mixing bowl.
