Watch the added sugar!
These are actually really good. My 1 star review comes from misinformation on the label information as well as the picture. It shows on the picture 4grams of added sugar and lists it as 4grams in the label information. It in fact has 14grams of added sugar. Big difference.

Yum! Best Target sells.
I have tried several different brands of coconut shrimp that Target sells...and this by far is the best. I use a toaster oven which leaves the outside crispy with a light coconut flavor leaving the shrimp plump and yummy. I don't use the sauce because it is ridiculous with sugars...but a nice cocktail is pretty good. Some of the coconut does fall off and if you don't remove it from the pan it can start to burn. After cooking, I lay the shrimp on a paper towel to absorb some of the oil. You can get several meals from one bag.

Honestly better than any coconut shrimp I’ve had in any restaurant and this is one of my fav dishes to order at any restaurant that offers it. The sauce is perfect and soft to where it adds to the flavor but doesn’t overwhelm the shrimp. It’s crispy and also easy to make in the air fryer. Done in less than 10 minutes. Though, it’s so good I could eat a bag by myself.
