Battery isn’t worth the purchase alone. Doesn’t last very long. The included pet tool doesn’t pick up very much hair in my vehicle which was a big part of why I purchased. I’m convinced that cordless vacuum are just not worth the money. They notoriously have terrible battery life and due to being cordless, cannot obtain proper suctioning. Wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.

Just stopped working after a few months of light use. It won’t take a charge or turn on. So frustrating because it’s not cheap but the product is cheap and garbage

The clip that holds the dust cup on seems to be weak. It doesnt fit well enough to hold the cup cup in place while changing attachments. The clip that actually opens the cup up to empty is just the opposite. Battery life isnt all that great either. Suction seems to be adequate though. I just wish it was a little more well put together. I'm sorry Shark. but I think this is going to go back to the store for refund.

Unless you absolutely love going over the same exact spot 10x, 0/10 recommend. Coming from a two 95lb dog and a cat household..don’t waste your time. Bought this for a quick daily use for the couch and beds, but literally does not pick up anything. Unless you hold it at a specific angle and go over the same spot over and over and over and over again. My regalia shark vaccum with the option to make it a handheld is much much better. Just thought I’d like to have a smaller everyday vaccum but nevermind.

My pet pug Benny leaves hair all over the place but this vacuum has made cleaning our furniture very easy. The vacuum isn’t too loud and strong enough to get those stubborn hairs out of the seating. So far it’s been highly durable and consist with its performance. This one is super nice and convenient!! Highly Recommend!

“What a miracle!” I thought when I got this, that it would get the kids to clean up a little in the kitchen; they were so excited to use it. Unfortunately after one use by my son, the nozzle broke where the attachment goes in. He is small and not that strong and just bumped up against a chair leg. I have a Vitamix blender made of some kind of plastic that I am sure can be dropped off a 5 story building and just suffer a few scratches. The plastic they make these Sharks out of is just very brittle and not resilient. Or perhaps it is a design flaw in the way the edges of the nozzle go around the attachments rather than inside. Very let down.

I purchased this in January 2025. Used a handful of times. It just randomly stopped working in April. Tried another charger to see if that was the problem and it was not. Now it’s too late to return, so just not pleased with this product.

I've used this for about a month now. I bought it to clean the couch with since it has the power head. It's okay, nothing great. A lot of reviews I read said it doesn't stay charged long and that is very accurate. I find i get about one and a half vaccums out of it before it dies. It's still a pretty good handheld for the price it is. It definitely has a good amount of power!

I purchased this item less than 2 weeks ago and it has already broken to the point I had to trash it today. First the piece where the accessories cracked for no reason. I taped that up but then when I went to move it one of the pieces for the dirt trap door broke off and dirt was flying everywhere. I have owned other Shark products and currently own them and this is not what I would have expected from this brand.

This handheld vacuum didn't even last 6 months before breaking. The plastic part where you put the attachments cracked 2 months after I purchased it. It was not due to normal wear and tear either, because it was practically brand new. The plastic is very flimsy. I had a previous vacuum like this, and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, SHARK does not stand behind their products and does not abide by the 2-year warranty they states the products have. They will find a way to blame the customer for their poor workmanship. They told me it was abuse of the product, and I didn't take care of it! After hearing that, I explained further, then it turned into, I was told it was, then due to normal wear and tear, and that part of the unit wasn't covered. ( Which in warranty normal wear and tear states, filters are not covered, etc I said I can see if having it for years and it eventually cracks, but just a couple of months?? They are not an ethical company. It was supposed to have a two-year warranty, which I read over before making the call. Because it was cracked up at where the attachment slides in, I could not use any attachments; therefore, it was faulty workmanship!! I won't be a customer in the future. I will not buy another vacuum of any kind or anything from Ninja as well!

Please do not buy I used this for the first time today for 2 minutes before it cut off.

Best handheld vacuum I've found so far. Use it to vacuum up spilled litter from kitty litter boxes. Works great.

Love this vacuum, it's powerful and lightweight. Takes a bit to charge fully but battery lasts long.

The battery only lasted 20 minutes at full charge and didn't pick up most of the small crumbs on my couch.

Took it out of the package and the dust cup clip is defective and doesn’t even hold to the vacuum. Very cheap parts, will be returning. Definitely not worth the money.

This does exactly what I needed it to do! I keep it in a small location and use it daily so I don't have to get out the larger vacuum.
