  • A: We would like to let you know that there are 2 versions for the Vacmop. Both units are similar with only a few minor difference. The VM252 series has headlights and a magnetic charger, and the VM200 does not have headlights and has a standard charger. We hope this information helps.

Q: I noticed in the video that things are only being vacuumed in a line in the very middle of the vacuum. Is that the only part that works as a vacuum?

  • A: As for things such as Mac & cheese - some of it will probably stay stuck on the pad but after you're going to have to immediately dispose of pad otherwise it will be spread all over..

Q: How much space can I clean before needing to throw away and replace the pad? Would I be able to vacuum/mop an entire one-bedroom apartment or would I need to use multiple pads?

  • A: This item is for people with clean floors. The pads get dirty immediately. Once you vacuum, the pad becomes dirty. Then, when you go to mop, the dirt is mixed around with the liquid cleaner and now you have a real mess! I did 1/2 of my house and used 2 pads.

  • A: This is a glorified Swiffer on its best day - in fact Swiffers are more consumer friendly as this machine only comes with 2 pads ( reusable washable pads is not an option due to the vaccuum slot)

  • A: use 1 pad to vac, emptied it, & reused it. use 1 pad for mopping. If u use vac the pad is dirty so can't mop with it. If u use mop it's wet so can't vac with it. Saves money on buying more pads

  • A: I have a dog and 5 cats. This item is truly not for people with pets or dirty floors. The pads get dirty when vacuuming, and then when you use the mop, the dirty pad gets wet and it makes a mess. I do not recommend this item unless you have clean floors. I'm sorry I bought it. It's expensive to use, having to buy the pads and they're hard to find.

    Easy to use and worth every penny 🥰🥰🥰

    I love this VACMOP. East to use and it’s noice free. It’s suction all the dust and hair. It’s good for wood and tile floor. Especially the bathroom tiles and around the sink area. It’s handy for cleaning. It’s small, light weight and easy for storage.

    I love shark vacuums, especially this pro cordless hard floor vacuum mop with pads . It is powerful and cleans the floor very well . It is easy to use and to store. The maintenance is also very easy.

    Convenient cordless cleaner with solid Design and

    I’ve used the Shark VACMOP Pro Cordless Hard Floor Sys a handful of times. The Design feels thoughtful and sturdy, and the Weight makes it easy to push from room to room. The Capacity of the pads can handle a few small areas, the Battery performs well for short sessions, and the Suction picks up surface debris reliably. It’s convenient for quick touch-ups, though the pads can be a little fiddly and it’s not meant for heavy-duty scrubbing.

    The Shark VacMop Pro Cordless has made quick cleanups so much easier. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and great for grabbing everyday messes without dragging out a full vacuum. I love how it vacuums and mops at the same time — perfect for kitchen spills or quick touch-ups before guests come over. The disposable pads also make cleanup simple and mess-free. My only downside is the battery life. It’s fine for small to medium cleanups but can run out faster than expected if you’re doing larger areas. Still, for convenience and speed, it’s hard to beat.

    Buy this- it will CHANGE your life

    I got it mainly to cut down on the amount of time I spent sweeping and mopping my hardwood floors, thinking I could do it all in one. However, I can't help but say I'm a little disappointed in the mop part of this vacuum. Maybe it would work better on crumbs or things like that, but the main thing I'm vacuuming up is dog hair... and once dog hair gets wet, it sticks to the floor and becomes unable to be vacuumed up. So I quite literally use it only to vacuum my floors and don't even touch the mop function which makes me think I should have just gotten a vacuum for hardwood floors so I wouldn't have to buy disposale pads but you live and you learn I guess. It’s very light weight and comparable to for in a smaller space. I will say, it does work great as a vacuum! as long as I don't get the pad wet or use the mopping feature it sucks up dog hair with ease and makes it a breeze to clean my small apartment. The charge lasts about half an hour I'd say, which works well for me, but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone living in anything other than a small apartment. A pad can last me about a week or so depending on how much I'm vacuuming and sometimes I do go in and dig out the dog hair to make it last longer, but again, I kind of just wish I bought a normal vacuum. For what it is, it's a good vacuum, just didn't work well for what I needed it for.

    Mop or vacuum all floors! In one tool

    Great vacuum and mop suction is great with vacuum and floor mops well with disposable pads. I have found some reusable floor pads that I will try. The liquid cleaner that you use I have not been able to find in my local store s however I am able to order online. It smells clean and usable on all floors. This is a great tool for easy cleaning daily and it’s rechargeable. Got for an excellent value!

    Lightweight, quick effective cleanup

    Obsessed with this little vacmop. It sucks up dog hair and crumbs from my toddler and the mop helps with those sticky spots. It’s so light my 1 year old has fun pushing it back and forth and helping me clean.

    Great while it lasted.

    Worked great until it didn’t. Stopped working or charging after 5 months of light intermittent use. Battery life could have a lot better life span. Suction power was great but a small collection tank.

    Handy mop easy to use

    My go to mop for cleaning my precious floors. It’s very easy to maintain and has a great battery that will last a long time. Its portability is as good as the suction power.
