I have been buying this product for years and now I have to find a new floss. The New micro-texture makes my gums bleed and is NOT comfortable at all. It does not GLIDE anymore. It gets stuck! I am going to return for a REFUND!

Oral-B changed the material used for this floss and now it is terrible! I had bought this floss for years because it was so comfortable and effective. However, I was shocked by my most recent pack. The new material looks and feels different. It is hard plastic and hurts my gums, like razor wire between my teeth. It also isn't effective. The thin material doesn't clean between my teeth anymore. Instead, it cuts my gums. Terrible product. I will not be purchasing this again in the future.

You recently changed the product. The new one is horrible. Please bring back the old one. I now have four containers of this cheap product sitting in my house. It’s different, I don’t like it, it does not perform in the same manner as the original, please bring back the Oral-B comfort plus wide floss.

Used this floss consistently. Last purchase there has been a quality change. The floss is between a rubber band which flicks everything from between teeth flying. If in front of a mirror, you'll see particles or spit on mirror. Before the quality change, everything would stay on floss. So, this floss is like a rubber band or a child's guitar string. Unfortunately, I bought a value pack. I don't like and do not recommend purchasing. They should remove the word 'plus'. It's lacks substance for 'plus' in description.

I have been buying oral B floss for years & years - namely the deep clean and cpomfort plus floss. I noticed a nre ?micro textured sticker" - and I knew they had done something terrible to my favorite floss. Reda the other reviews - the new floss HURTS, someone on Reddid called it similar to guitar string. It's that bad - and now you can only buy the new micro-textured version - which is awful. They completly ruined this brand with the micro textured style.

OralB changed the formula for Glide and the new product is terrible. At first I thought I got a defective batch, but after reading other reviews and searching the internet I discovered that the product has changed. I had been using Glide for years, but no more. It feels like flossing with plastic fishing line now. No point paying more for Glide anymore. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

The new texture is absolutely garbage. It’s so thin and slippery and my teeth definitely don’t feel like they’re getting as clean. Went to Amazon and found Cocofloss and Dr Tungs based on great reviews. This Glide floss is going in the trash as soon as possible.

They switched up the floss to this cheap plastic feeling crap. All to save a buck and then have the gall to say it's the new and improved version haha.... Switched to 365 floss from whole foods, better no forever chemicals, and actually string. Not some plastic garbage

Bad bad bad bad change to the product. This was my go to, never again. It doesn’t actually work like floss bc it’s so thin and plasticky. Why do companies always have to go changing a good thing to save a buck

This was always my favorite floss, recommended to me by my dentist. The most recent purchase has drastically changed! Of course, it still does the job, but the material is unsatisfactory in many ways. It is very springy and feels like plastic when flossing. Even the sound of it, if that makes sense, is very plastic...like flossing with a plastic straw. This plastic feel also makes it very difficult to maneuver. I do not like the changes.
