A: Hello. Thank you for your interest in Smart Tiles. They are great for rentals! They are easy to remove with little to no damage, depending on the surface they were installed on. To make it easy, use a blow dryer to warm up each tile to soften the adhesive and pull softly starting with the corners. Use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left by the Smart Tiles.

SIMPLE, STYLISH & COST EFFECTIVE
We were super impressed by the style and quality of this product! The instructions found on the Smart Tiles YouTube page were easy to find and follow. We especially love the the Idaho pattern as it is nearly impossible to see the seams - even with scrapping together several pieces after a mistake. I look forward to more tile projects and will recommend Smart Tiles to anyone looking for a cost effective and simple upgrade!

High end look in an afternoon!
So far so good! I put these up in an afternoon. One of them had a defect with the clear coating and so I had to hide that one into a corner. I’m hopeful they stay up over time. They have completely transformed our bathroom and are just so beautiful. I’ve just used sharp new scissors and box knife and that’s all I’ve needed. Using the backing as a template has worked well. I can’t wait to put these in the kitchen next!

Best tile on market
I tried another product. It failed! Even with part of my drywall exposed the Smart tile went up easily! It looks beautiful! I will be loyal for any other projects. This is my 4th home I have used Smart tiles! I love how people react when they see it looks like tile!
