Mild relaxer
This product is amazing. I have 4c hair and silk press often this has made my pressing MUCH easier and lasts a lot longer while still maintaining much softer curls. I have tried other mild relaxers and this product actually does EXACTLY what it says. Others aren’t mild, they leave you bone straight, having to restart your natural journey. I love this product and hate it’s not sold in stores

Buyer Beware — don’t waste your time or money!
I had high hopes for this product. On social media, I subscribe to the girl featured on the box and she touted the product, so I trusted it'd be all she claimed it would be. As a natural (since 2013), I was somewhat apprehensive about transitioning back to chemically tested hair after so long. However, to my dismay, this product did absolutely nothing. It was both a waste of time and money (if 0 stars were an option, this product would have earned just that)! Do NOT believe the hype, regardless of who is promoting it!

I like it, did the job
I am a budding hairstylist and been practicing on mannequins, I wanted a mild relaxer to use on a mannequin head that I colored a while back cus it's best to use mild relaxers on colored hair I learned this in cosmetology school. but this product worked well for me it did smooth the hair in my opinion just like a regular relaxer I have 0 complaints will buy again 😊 mild relaxers are best for colored hair or fine hair like hair that isn't super thick my mannequin head had a mix or fine/curly hair so I think it depends on the exact hair type

Sadly, this is not it!
Despite what most previous reviews said, I wanted this product to work so badly. So, I purchased it and applied it today. I lost track of time and left it on my hair for 27 mins, which is a tad longer than recommended, but it still did nothing for my hair. To think that I was super apprehensive about going from natural (13 years) back to relaxed, all for naught. My hair still looks/feels natural. I haven’t tried ORS’ other products (i.e. texturizes), but if I bring myself to doing anything else to my hair, it’ll be that, not this. The overall value and quality of the product are great (a lot of great stuff comes in the box), but the effectiveness totally missed the mark.

Not worth it
All this product did was make my hair soft. Did not even straighten my edges!! And I left it on longer then the recommended time. I knew it wasn’t working when I didn’t feel my head burning. I never wrote a review before but I had to for this product..smh waste of time and money.

Mild Touch Relaxer
The relaxer did what it was supposed to do which is mildly relax the hair. Mildly relaxed hair is slightly underprocessed. This product will not make your hair bone straight, which is what most relaxed girls are used to. This product also allowed me to not rush during the application and smoothing process which leads to little to no hair breakage. I still have a slight wave pattern to my hair after relaxing and it is what I desired. Prior to purchasing this product, I had been diluting regular relaxers to get this same effect. Now I don't have to do this and I don't have to worry about consistency. My hair is thicker and fuller compared to applying a traditional relaxer. Thank you to the makers of ORS.

HORRIBLE
This is the worst product ever! It doesn’t work at all. I usually don’t write any reviews for any products I have used, whether good or bad, but I have to let other women know to stay away from this product. I have experienced extreme hair loss with this relaxer. It has resulted in my hair stylist cutting my hair really short to counteract the damage this product caused. In addition, I have use the ORS relaxer for many years now and never experienced what I have with this Enrich Low Chem version. Do not purchase this product.

Great if you want a relaxer but still have some texture/body
Box was broken, but used the product and it was just like a child’s relaxer. I like my hair to have some texture when I relax so this was perfect, but if you’re looking for a bone straight relaxer this isn’t it.
