    Easy to take, but didn't work much for me. In the summer, they tend to stick together, so I have to tap them to separate before taking.

    I think it's a good thing, and I even read on here that a woman lost 20 pounds while taking these not the bad idea it's not for weight loss, but if it helps even better

    What’s not to love about these these are daily probiotics, and with a name you can trust digestive advantage. If the kids like it, the adults will like it too.

    While these taste good, and are reasonably priced, they are less effective than another brand I bought. These have the same number 5M CFUs, but perhaps contain less types/varieties. They're still fairly effective, so I'd buy them again if the other wasn't available.
