Love these glasses but they broke in our dishwasher

Love the cups that were sent to me. It’s exactly what I wanted. It keeps the coffee warm while cool to the touch.

I'm a big fan of the Zwilling brand and absolutely love the design and feel of these cups. They're made from high-quality, durable borosilicate glass and look fantastic. However, I've been disappointed by how easily they crack. I purchased my first set (a pair) three months ago, and one cup cracked not long after. I liked them so much that I bought another set, but unfortunately, one of those cracked too while I was washing it. I really appreciate the quality and aesthetic, but it's hard to justify replacing them so frequently.

I purchased an espresso machine over a year ago and make my latte's in a regular mug. I love making latte's but using a regular mug I can't see my layers of latte. I saw these mugs online and I thought they were perfect. I just purchased them and used it once so far and all good. I've read the reviews that it breaks easily so I put them in a safe place in my cabinet to avoid anything banging it. It also says dishwasher safe however I think I'll just hand wash to make sure they stay intact.

I was hesitant about ordering these, and debated for a few months. Some reviews said they were great and durable, others said they were thin and fragile. Glad I took the plunge because I have found them somewhere in the middle. Are these as tough as porcelain or stoneware? Of course not, and you'd have to be pretty foolish to expect them to be, IMO. They are borosilicate glass, hand-made, and double-walled, so I would treat them carefully. Should you let kids use them? I would say no as kids are known to be rough on things. Should you put them in the dishwasher? Again, I will hand wash, which is honestly no biggee. They are a beautiful part of my day, especially when first pouring my cold foam from my stylish Zwilling frother. An absolute pleasure for my morning coffee ritual.

These are the most fragile mugs I have ever owned. The feel and look of these is great, but I store my mugs upside down and the tiniest tap on the lip while putting them away has caused them to crack. I have broken 5/6 of these mugs in the past 3 weeks, and have not broken a single other glass I own.

These cups are light, beautiful, keep beverages nice and hot, and do not make circles on furniture.

These cups are AMAZING! They are SUPER lightweight, a delight to look at, and display the coffee beautifully. They even seem to conserve the temperature (the ice cubes from my iced coffee lasted over two hours … they got watery, but they were definitely still ice cubes when I finally washed the cup). I’m pretty sure they have to be handled with care, since they seem like they break easily if you drop them, but I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Yes, they are on the pricier side … but that price point seems to be there for a reason. Just handle them gingerly lol

Loved these for three months, but now water is trapped between double-wall. Unusable and conveniently, also no longer eligible for return.

The cup has a nice feel in my hand, I can see the different layers of my hot chocolate topped with cocoa whipped cream.

A great product, I would buy again. Stylish and keeps beverage hot.

The last mugs you will ever nned to purchase. They are sturdy without being bulky.

Best coffee cup ever. It really keeps beverages hot for a long time with the outer layer being cool. It is a fine glass so you do have to be careful but I use it in the dishwasher with no problem. It took me a little while to get the hang of drinking from the rim without it dripping due to the double pane glass. Now it's the only coffee mug I drink out of.

These are beautiful! Nicest mugs I've seen. Very clean and modern looking. Excited to use them.

I love how beautiful they are while also being functional. They keep my drinks hotter for longer than regular cups but allows me to touch it without burning myself. One of my favourite items in my cupboard!

These mugs are fantastic. They are stylish and minimalist maintaining high functionality. They feel lighter than you would think, but you can tell it's strong glass and feels great in the hand. You can find cheaper knockoffs online, but you definitely get perfection in quality and utility with high-end materials.
