Great style, lightweight and most importantly wonderful insulation! I like to take my time in enjoying a cup of hot tea and this product insures that i can take my time while sipping. Another bonus is that as it is a glass mug, I can see how much tea is there. The design is user friendly and easy on the eyes as well.

I received these coffee mugs as a gift since I was purchasing an expresso machine. They are beautiful glasses and the double wall keeps my hands cool and my drink warm.

I really love the craftsmanship beautiful design would probably prefer a coffee mug that could hold more than 12 ounces.

The mugs look very high quality! There are other mugs out there that have a silicon plug between the glass walls which cause issues. This doesnt and I’m a big fan.

Feels like quality materials and sturdy to last long. Got them as a gift for my mom and she loved them! She had bought cheaper knocks off and they broke so easily. A much better replacement

These cups offered no real heat-retention advantage. But as simple everyday mugs, they’re perfectly fine.

I'm a big fan of the Zwilling brand and absolutely love the design and feel of these cups. They're made from high-quality, durable borosilicate glass and look fantastic. However, I've been disappointed by how easily they crack. I purchased my first set (a pair) three months ago, and one cup cracked not long after. I liked them so much that I bought another set, but unfortunately, one of those cracked too while I was washing it. I really appreciate the quality and aesthetic, but it's hard to justify replacing them so frequently.

I purchased an espresso machine over a year ago and make my latte's in a regular mug. I love making latte's but using a regular mug I can't see my layers of latte. I saw these mugs online and I thought they were perfect. I just purchased them and used it once so far and all good. I've read the reviews that it breaks easily so I put them in a safe place in my cabinet to avoid anything banging it. It also says dishwasher safe however I think I'll just hand wash to make sure they stay intact.

I was hesitant about ordering these, and debated for a few months. Some reviews said they were great and durable, others said they were thin and fragile. Glad I took the plunge because I have found them somewhere in the middle. Are these as tough as porcelain or stoneware? Of course not, and you'd have to be pretty foolish to expect them to be, IMO. They are borosilicate glass, hand-made, and double-walled, so I would treat them carefully. Should you let kids use them? I would say no as kids are known to be rough on things. Should you put them in the dishwasher? Again, I will hand wash, which is honestly no biggee. They are a beautiful part of my day, especially when first pouring my cold foam from my stylish Zwilling frother. An absolute pleasure for my morning coffee ritual.

These are the most fragile mugs I have ever owned. The feel and look of these is great, but I store my mugs upside down and the tiniest tap on the lip while putting them away has caused them to crack. I have broken 5/6 of these mugs in the past 3 weeks, and have not broken a single other glass I own.
