Pros: It doesn't have a fragrance, and it left my skin feeling very clean. Con: While my skin felt very clean initially, then it got very dry after using this. So while it's effective for cleansing, it's also very drying for the skin. I have "normal" skin, (whatever that is), so I could handle the drying effect, but this might not be the best product for someone who already struggles with dry skin.

What did they do to this product?
I've been using this for 15+ years and have never used anything else but the last two bottles have been making my eyes burn and sting. The 2nd last bottle I somehow got through it but this last one was half full when I threw it away after it caused dermatitis around my eyes and I'm now a prescription steroid cream to rescue my damaged skin. I thought they had just rebranded with a new logo and such but there's no way my eyes would be burning with every nightly use if there also wasn't a formula change. Why fix something that never was broken?

I used this to remove washable black mascara. This did not work well for me. It kept smudging the mascara around and I had to use a lot of product and eye pads to get it all off. Afterwards my eyes felt so dry and hurt everytime I would move them. For the price this is a big no for me. I prefer garnier brands.
