    Best customer service I've had in a long time!!!

    This is a new review of this item based on great customer service from RugsUSA. My rug came cut wrong, and I sent them photos. RugsUSA customer service team reached out to me and completely refunded my purchase, and then gave me a discount for my next purchase. Just amazing! I have gotten so used to poor service that I am still somewhat shocked at how great this company is!!! You can't go wrong when a company values their customers this much! Thanks all!!!

    Rug was soft and good quality. Colors were not as pictured, much more brown and orange than in the photos. I was expecting a much more muted look.

    Beautiful rug

    Beautiful rug. This is the second one I have purchased. Something to note is that the 9x12 I bought had a much higher pile than the 8x10.

    Good quality, but colors different from photos

    This rug is a good quality. It is very soft. However, the color base is a white/ivory with beige/tan and greys, instead of the base being beige/tan with ivory and grey. The rug is much lighter/whiter in person than it looks online. Also, the edges of the rugs are white all around.

    So soft!

    Very pleased with our new rug purchase. Super soft and colors are beautiful. Only drawbacks are I wish it was a little thicker and binding around the edges slightly higher quality as I’m afraid it won’t stand up to our high traffic. Otherwise, we are happy!

    Love this rug!

    This rug is so soft and well made! I was worried the color might be too orange, but it is not at all. It's the perfect mix of neutral tans, browns and grays.
