New ones not so good
Just recently bought the new version. The opening is smaller and even if you cut the paper within the opening, the wipes come out balled up together. I don’t care for them. The old style was better. Won’t buy again.

Love love your wipes. Have you all thought of making them to carry in your purse. You know sometimes you’re not at home, it would be wonderful for on the go. Don’t know if it might not be cost effective. 🤭 Hopefully soon!! Thank you! (I am originally from El Paso Tx where you had a P&G Company)

Packaging issue
These wipes are very thin and I understand it's so they flush easily. The issue is when you pull one out, the second one comes out too. There's no way to only dispense one at a time. How about doing a better job of packaging so we aren't wasting wipes?

Love love love!!!! I use them on kids, and myself. They are thin but durable. Not too bad on price. I leave them in the restroom for easy acccess and I don’t have to worry about a clogged toilet. Take them everywhere!

I wanted to love these because the price was not as terrible as others and I was over getting the off brands. Unfortunately these were similar to the off brands with how thin the wipes are and they would just tear apart when taking out of the package and easily tear in your hands. My kiddo made a mess with these because of how easily they tear. Had tiny pieces of wipes all over the bathroom floor. I understand they need to be able to dissolve, these are just not useful. Wasted so many from the big box I purchased.

First and Last Time!
I usually go with a different brand but I decided to try Charmin and man what a frustrating disappointment. The hardest wipe I ever had to pull out of a pack. Literally deteriorates in your hands. Just bad all around. Shocking to see the same complaint happening for years and still nothing has changed. So much for customer satisfaction.

Convenient and comfy wipes!
Love these wipes! They don’t leave any tissue residue or peel. The size of the wipes can fit in my purse on the go. I am sensitive to certain fragrances but so far I have not had any problems using these wipes. I’ve been using them for about 3 years now.
