Olivia & May Set of 3 Traditional Brass Inlaid Wooden Boxes: Mango Wood Craftsmanship, Rectangular with Spot Clean Care

I smelled mold immediately as I started to open the packing box. I kept praying purchased boxes did not smell like mold, but they do. What I thought was wrinkle tape keeping the top together on the top box is actually part of the box that in the photo looks like solid firm brass. I believe it is fake gold tape. And kind of looks like the tape used to safeguard the packing. The wood does not look like the photo and does not really look like acacia. Or like stand rough of some sort? I was so looking forward to this and it took several days to get here, so I was impatiently waiting. I was going to use it for someone coming to my house tomorrow. Now I need a new solution and a place to put the boxes, since they smell so moldy and I don’t want this smell to be in the house. Very disappointed. It is a great idea. I use decorative boxes to organize my house, so I was looking forward to the two smaller boxes as well for a great price I thought. Very disappointed. The photo holds a great idea an theoretically a great product. But this is not that product.
