Convenient and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had an electric knife before but we’ve been rewatching Good Eats lately and Alton Brown find so many uses for them! Thought this would be a great chance to try one out. Never having had an electric knife and neglecting to actually read the instructions, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to put the blades in (note: it does come with instructions, you don’t need to be stubborn). Once installed, to my delight - this cut through a roast quickly and easily! There will be marks on your roast (pictured), if this is important to you for presentation purposes - you may want to opt for another knife. However, I found the knife easy to use and love the storage stand it comes with!

NutriChef 2 Blade Kitchen Knife

I do like the product a lot. It was scary trying to take the blades in and out. But I feel confident now that I have done it a couple of times. Otherwise, it looks awesome in my kitchen.
