It is huge and I am able to fit all my summer tools and hose in it with room to spare. Broke on assembly
Sturdy piece, but instructions for the last step resulted in the lid breaking. The weight and width of the lid realistically needs two people to secure on, one to hold ot and the other to secure it. With one person trying to do both simultaneously, the lid will not balance and the screw inserts may break resulting in all the work of putting it together to be for nothing. If that hadn't occurred I'd be very pleased with the sturdiness of the box.

Came with no instructions
My poor rating is due to the fact that the product was not shipped with assembly instructions, nor were instructions available from Target’s website. This caused a major problem, since we ended up assembling pieces of the chest in the wrong order (how were we to know with no instructions?!), and it’s impossible to simply undo a step or disassemble a piece. We were forced to break/crack one of the walls just to get the chest put together. Not to mention the lack of instructions turned what should have been a ten-minute process into a 90-minute one. Very very frustrating, and if not for the omission of instructions, I’m confident this would have been a 5-star rating. The box is otherwise large, sturdy, and has a good quality soft close mechanism. It’s a shame it was not shipped with all the items necessary for assembly.
