Need easier packaging

Something is different not in a good way
I’ve used this collagen powder for a couple of years & found it to dissolve easily & was basically unnoticeable in coffee. The latest I bought was different (awful) it doesn’t dissolve it clouds the coffee, leaves a froth on top, and it tastes & smells bad. Whatever changed has made me look for a different collagen. Please change it back.

Did you mess with the formula?
Been using Vital Proteins Collagen with Peptides for years. Never had an issue, until now. What did you do to the formula? It no longer dissolves quickly and easily, but instead leaves gooey clumps in my glass. Yuck! Maybe it's time to switch. I am all for Eco mindfulness, but your packaging design is absolutely ridiculous and absurdly complicated to open. Also, it's disheartening to finally tear open the final paper cover, only to discover the packages only 3/4 full. You're not a cereal manufacturer. Shrink the packaging and fill it up.

The product is fine, the the blue tub packaging is a mistake. Never opens neatly thus not resealable. Miserable design. I will be switching to another brand because of this.

pricey, but works
I appreciate the eco friendlier packaging. the planet does not need more plastic because people can't figure out a cardboard lift top canister. its really not that difficult. if you can open a twist top jar, you can lift open this. I use it every day, and contents stay fresh and ive had zero issues with spills. need to use two scoops a day to see results however. but I have had hair regrowth at my temples and nails crack and peel less often. the downside is that it is pricey and you have to use so much of it.

Great product but impossible to open.
Have been using your protein powder for several years. I like this very much, but cannot open your new packaging. With arthritic hands, it is now impossible for me to access the powder. Please improve this or go back to a more easy to open package.

Hate this packaging
I have been using this product for many years and love it. The reason for the 3 stars is I am 78 and have osteoarthritis in my hands. Fortunately my husband can get the product open but not before using a knife. I hate the new packaging. We finally get it open and I put it in a nice, easy plastic container from another brand. Please go back to the easy packaging.

There is a noticeable difference in my fingernails and hair. My nails are hard, hair feels healthy. I mix Vital Proteins in my smoothie every morning. It tastes good. I do think it’s a bit pricey, but worth it.

Love the product but hate the new packaging. I have yet to open a container successfully. Glad I saved an old plastic one. Appreciate the idea of reducing plastic waste but needs improvement in design.

I have been using this product for 2 months, and i feel a bit of a difference in my hair and nails. I know this is a little early but the most disturbing part is the packaging. It is absolutely the worst. It is so hard to open the container. I will think twice about ordering this brand again.

Horrible packaging; impossible to open
The packaging on this product is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have used a knife, a pair of pliers and still am unable to open it. Obviously, I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN UNTIL YOU GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
