    This dollhouse is so pretty and a great size. I got it to use for my daughters Maileg mice. I’d say assembly by myself (with a few distractions) took about an hour and a half at most. I can’t wait to fill it with fun furniture! Also I purchased when it was on a 40% off deal a few months ago and I feel like that was an amazing deal for the quality!

    Great instructions

    This took me about two hours to assemble but the instructions were fantastic and very clear and easy to understand. The one con I had was there was a small piece that had broken off during shipping but it is one that will easily reattach with some super glue. This house is a great size and I like that it doesn't come furnished as I already have some furniture to use.

    Great deal on a great product

    I bought this for my three grandchildren to share. This is a well made house for the price. No parts were missing or damaged and the instructions were very easy to follow. I am glad that it does not come with doll furniture as I have some furniture and characters that I will be using for. Everything will fit nicely and I can even wallpaper or paint the walls.

    Worth the Money!

    So I read the reviews for all the Magnolia doll houses and decided on this one. I wanted something for our Maileg mice. It has no issues, no random glue marks no paint missing and the instructions were super clear! It was fairly easy to put together myself and it did take about 2 hours of my time. Including opening the box , looking for pieces and loosing my screwdriver. Please do note this is a large house, it’s about an American Girl tall and almost 3 foot long and very heavy but won’t tip over on your tiny people. Tip to make the roof line up, is get all the screws started and hold it at the point to keep it lined up. Worth the money 100%! (Please ignore messy background in my photos!)

    Gorgeous! It’s solid wood. Screws lined up everywhere, except the two screws at the end. It took me just over an hour to build. This will be much more pleasant to look at than most doll houses are.

    Areas of concern

    The design of the house is wonderful and a great size. However there are and were problems with the product. A piece of the brick trim was off in the box and needs to be glued. The screw holes on the roof piece were off and result in a gap that could not be corrected. The placement of the stairs are in a strange position for furniture placement. I am hopeful I can mask the imperfections as I decorate the house. It was easy to put together but as a toy that is over a $100, I would have expected better quality.

    I absolutely love this dollhouse! I've been waiting to build it for a year now, and it did not disappoint! I was able to put it together on my own in about an hour and a half (two hours if you count my small breaks while watching a show). It's so easy and the instructions are very clear with 23 simple steps. It's good quality, while having lightweight pieces. I am SO excited to begin decorating/personalizing it! Highly recommend for both children and adults! Get it!!

    It has some flaws, but overall, this is a nice looking, sturdy, roomy house. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble (alone). Some pieces were difficult to get into place, and a trim piece popped off right at the beginning. I'll have to glue it back on. I was also missing a screw with paint on the end, and had to use a silver-tipped one instead. No big deal, obviously. I was impressed with the packaging and the beautiful box. Would make a great gift if you wanted to wrap the box as well.
