A: Hi! It's really quick and easy to make these noodles. Just add the noodles to boiling water, cook for 3 mins, drain the noodles, mix in the sauce packet, and enjoy!

Even tho I had to add some extra seasoning to it, (which I do with most pre-packaged foods) it’s really good ramen and I’d prefer this over Top Ramen which is way more unhealthy. I added Tajin, Lime, and Chili crunch and it tasted great to me.

Absolutely love these. I don't understand those reviews that say they are tasteless.... They are absolutely fantastic. I have had them with the flavor pack alone or are use the chili crunch which is fantastic as well or I put shrimp or and scallions or mushrooms or whatever and just tweak them up a bit and. Quick easy meal. Sure they're a bit expensive but I think they're well worth the price. Worth a try!

What’s not to like?! Simply delish! The taste. The texture. Just dreamy. For the people who say it’s bland, I’m wondering if they made it like regular ramen and added the pack along with the water. These noodles have to be strained and THEN add the pack. They def pack a punch. Eat up!

Noodles have a good texture, but the sauce is horrible. It tastes like they just slapped some soy sauce and a dollop of sriracha together and called it a day. No umami, no real body to it. At the price point, there’s too much dressing up to do to make them worthwhile.

I love these. Easy and delicious. Pair with chili crunch and a fried egg for a scrumptious meal. Sometimes i throw some frozen veggies in while i boil the noodles to round out the meal.

Ramen is cheap. $1 for 4 pks? It is fried in fat from 140-160C to eliminate the water content in the noodles for a longer shelf life. The oil content in instant ramen is often more than the USDA regulated guidelines for fat content. The USDA guidelines for fat content says that it shouldn’t exceed 20% of the total weight. However, sometimes the content of the oil does go up. This is why many people across the globe are concerned about the increasing dependence on instant ramen. The best solution that they could come up with is replacing vegetable oil with plant oil, specifically palm oil. Plus it takes about 4-6 hours for ramen noodles to digest in your stomach and pass through your system. The high sodium content in many ramen noodles can also contribute to digestive discomfort for some people because the noodles expand in your stomach, which can cause bloating if consumed in excess. The high fat content in many ramen noodle seasonings can contribute to acid reflux. The low fiber content in traditional ramen noodles can contribute to constipation. Momofuku and ONSOM noodles are air dried. Sure they are more costly but they are healthy. The previous paragraph is is what we're paying the extra bucks to avoid. However, to each his own.

The first time I tried these, I thought they were just okay. Not something I would buy again. But tonight I added a tablespoon of honey peanut butter and melted it in with the spicy sauce packet and it was SO good! Worth it in my opinion, just needs a little doctoring.
