  • A: Nothing. I left it outside to air out for a couple of days. Used vinegar, also used baking soda, also washed in the washing machine, it's still stinks.

    Horrible Smell

    Agree with the others that this bath had a horrible chemical smell that filled the bathroom for days. I placed it outside in the sun for a week hoping for some improvement, but even that didn’t work. I don’t trust having my kids bathe on this mat, so it’s going in the trash unfortunately.

    Smells awfu

    I left this bath mat out for weeks and it still reeked of burnt rubber. It’s still a strong scent now that it’s been used in the shower and i can often smell it when I walk in or finish showering.

    Strong chemical smell doesnt go away

    The size and pink color were exactly what I was looking for, however the chemical smell is very strong. I aired it out outside for a day, because the smell was so strong right out of the package. I washed it thoroughly and put it in the tub. It's been 2 weeks now and the chemical smell still lingers in the bathroom. I'm not sure if the smell will ever go away. I wouldn't recommend it.
