Brain and heart health are things I now need to think about at the age of 45 so I'm thankful this product is on the market. These aren't too huge and there is no aftertaste it's just an easy and quick way to stay on top of your health.

I've dealt with digestive issues and heartburn for awhile, after trying these flaxseed oil supplements I've noticed a difference in my stomach issues! I don't get as gassy or have as much heartburn, I seem to be more "normal" after taking these, very little trouble after meals, definitely continuing these!

I have recently added flaxseed oil to my daily regimen. I have heard it us great for lowering bad cholesterol levels and boosts good cholesterol. I also heard it can be great for menstrual cramps. It's easy to take in softgel form.

Great way to get flaxseed
I know how good flaxseed is for our bodies but I find it tough to add to my daily diet. I love this supplement because it takes the guess work out of the equation. Now I’m getting healthy oils that my body needs with minimal effort.

A great plant based option for Omega-3
A wonderful plant/based source of Omega-3 oils in a soft gel capsule. I’ve been trying to ensure that I incorporate a sufficient amount of Omega-3 oils into my diet. Fish oil is often a problematic choice because it has this weird aftertaste at times. I love having this plant based option that is easy to take and has no weird aftertaste. Super convenient and easy to swallow.

I very much like the Sports Research Flaxseed Oil. It is a great substitute for putting flaxseed in my food and I appreciate that the product is non GMO and vegan as well (which is very important to me). Very impressed with the quality as well. The brand is a great brand.

Love the pill form! So happy I tried it!
I used to take flax seed that you mix into a drink. It really helps your digestive track. It was hard to get down though. Tasted terrible! I'm so happy I found out about flaxseed in a pill form! And by a brand I have used and trust! There's no after taste. I have been wanting to take flax seed again as I've always had positive results with it but can't stand the taste. So I was really happy to try this! Excellent results! Will Continue to buy! Highly recommend! Love this so much!
