Clinique's Finest Toner
After years of using Clinique's "other" alcohol laden toners, I had enough and decided to give this product a try. Wow! An immediate improvement in irritation, filaments and a healthy glow. I highly recommend this toner for those individuals who have mature skin.

Perfect product
This exfoliating lotion makes my skin glow. Sometimes I use only this in the morning. It almost makes my skin feel more moisturized. I have extremely sensitive, yet oily, skin. I'm so glad I tried this product.

Exfoliating without the Irritation
This is the only Clarifying lotion that I can use from Clinique. It is very gentle and comforting on my skin without making it dry and tight like the other lotions that have alcohol in them. However, this particular clarifying lotion exfoliates my skin gently and perfectly, keeping it very healthy. I took advantage of the 30% friends and family sale and I bought the larger size.

1.0 is the best for sensitive, dry skin
I have been using 1 or 2 or the men's version for years and always struggled with dryness and redness. I'm a man with sensitive, very dry skin. 1.0 is the solution! My face has never felt better. Finally it feels balanced, not too dry, not too oil, no redness, no itchiness. 1.0 is the magic. This is part of a full routine and using 1.0 has made my skin so much healthier. It may not be for everyone. I've tried many of their "lotions" and exfoliants, and this is the best for me. You have to try a few to find the right now for your skin; which can also change over time.

Severely damaged my skin barrier
When I used this for the very first time, it made my skin burn and sting, and created multiple red spots on my (previously) clear skin. For the week that followed, I stopped using it, and despite that, every time I applied moisturiser, it would sting, due to my heavily compromised skin barrier. Disappointment. My skin was ruined.

Tried after recommendation
I purchased this toner after reading recommendations. I have sensitive skin, been using Clinique for 35 years and I have rosacea. I've been using the redness solution make up and skincare and my skin has been brilliant. I thought I would give this toner a go. All good for first two weeks then one morning my skin erupted with the pustules and very sore spots. I stopped using the toner immediately and now I have returned to my usual skincare regime and the spots are clearing. I think I am the unlucky one with awkward skin. ??

I had struggled with acne since my teens. I had the ugly boils that were under the skin awful. I tried everything even accurate nothing worked. One day on vacation I went into ulta for mascara and a Clinique lady came up to me and asked if she could show me a picture it was a girl with acne like mine and she said Clinique helped me her skin was beautiful. She showed me this and the gentle foam cleanser I no longer have acne issues I love this.

Serious Quality Issue
I purchased it online. The product smelled fermented, like yogurt. After using it, I had breakouts all over my face. I have purchased and used this product a year ago and 01 worked best for my skin in the clarifying series. At first, I thought the ingredients have changed, but after getting serious reaction on my skin, I knew there is something wrong with the product. I ended up going to the dermatologist and paid over $700 for the ointments afterwards. I don't know if the product I received was happened to have a issues, but now I am scared to buy it at least online again and would never reccoment to anyone.

Good for Rosacea
I have sensitive skin. Everything makes it react. For awhile I stopped using any clarifying lotion due to irritation. But then my skin missed that aaah feeling it gets when you apply it with a cotton ball. I prefer 1 but 1.0 is gentler so I use both on and off

Red, itchy patch after use
I just received this toner in my last order. I had been using it sparingly (once a day) for about a week. I always followed it with an application of Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream. I woke up one morning and my face felt hot and itchy. I checked the mirror and I have a large, noticeable raised, red patch that feels bumpy and hot. I stopped using all products on my face and only rinsed with cold, filtered water. It has been 3 days and there has been no improvement.

Best exfoliator
I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and this is the only toner/exfoliator tgat has ever worked for my skin. It preps my skin great fir makeup and I even use it on my clients when I do a makeover because its the only thing that will help with patchiness.
