Brooklyn Loom Niari Yarn Dye Stripe Comforter Set

This comforter looks good in photos, but it’s not great quality. The cotton cover on the comforter is a loose weave which is very rough and scratchy. I love crisp percale sheets, so to anyone wondering, no it’s not the crisp texture of new unwashed percale. No amount of washing would make this soft and comfortable. I returned it.

The best part is you can use it on both sides. One side has the stripes and the other is all grey. This is definitely a must have for anyone. I recieved this as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion!

It is so soft and comfortable. I like the yarn died color with the soft shades of gray that are perfect in my home. It is convenient that it is easy care machine wash. I would defiantly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size full/Queen is not the standard size I had in the past it a bit smaller in inches wise. The bed looks comfortable tho the color is appealing to the eye. Would I buy this again. I will in a king size so it fit much better .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comforter set is a very pretty color. It’s comfy to sleep under as well. It is not marketed as reversible but in my opinion, the solid color on the other side makes it work as reversible. First out of the bag it had a terrible manufacturing smell. This is not uncommon with new bedding. I immediately washed it according to manufacturers suggestion. This removed the smell. I threw it in the dryer and once dry, it was terribly wrinkled. I thought perhaps I had left it in the dryer too long or something. So I put it back in the dryer on the steam setting to see if that helped with the wrinkles. It did not. I tossed a wet washcloth in with it next to see if that helped. It also did not. I had no choice but to deal with it. I put it on the bed in all it’s wrinkled glory. I’m disappointed in that feature but nonetheless it’s still pretty enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new quilt! This Duvet is so versatile, because the measurements are square you can use it with the stripes both vertical and horizontal on your bed. Which I find is a great feature. Very soft and comfortable to take a quick nap on.

I love the classic horizontal yarn dye stripe in gray and blue. It gives a relaxed chic and comfortable ensemble . It also has the quilted textured look and feel. The underside is soft with no scratchy materials against the skin and it's a solid blue color. It is finished off with an impeccably stitched blue edge to complete and compliment a finished look. This is also carried over to the shams to have a cohesive look. Quality material with no loose threads or fraying anywhere. This set is a great way to update and brighten your bedroom or a guest bedroom. It also makes a wonderful housewarming gift! By the way, this is easy care machine washable which makes me love it even more. If you are in need of a quilt/comforter set that looks simply chic that is easy care and machine washable.... then I highly recommend this set! You will not be disappointed.

I didn't necessarily need the shams but they do make a nice addition. Quilt is made of quality, durable material and I anticipate getting much use.
