Best Sleep!!!
Just got this yesterday and works better than any pharmaceutical out there to put me to sleep and keep me asleep. About 15-20 mins after taking it on an empty stomach (that's key) it works!!!!

How Strong is this product?

Alcohol
I didn't realize until I took a dropper full that this stuff is alcohol. I wish the label on the front warned of this! I'm an alcoholic and can't use products made of booze. Otherwise I'm sure it works well. And I'm surprised a person doesn't need ID to purchase it.

Worked very well
This product made me very tired very fast although the taste is awful. I only use it when I run out of the pills and need to use it for a night or two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The title is a little bit odd, but when we decided to do a road trip with my family in this pandemic, this really helped me to get adjusted to time differences. It allowed me to fall asleep easily and sleep soundly throughout. Berry smell and the taste is mild but refreshing. I loved the fact that it is 100% drug-free and vegetarian.

I struggle in general with falling asleep. I really prefer to take natural supplements over other medications. I love that this is liquid and has a great taste!

I followed the directions on the label and after the second night of taking it found that I began to sleep really well. Helped my grandma sleep, FINALLY!!

She can sleep for 3 hours and be up until she has to go to work. We’ve tried many different things and none of them have worked. Finally, she said she was able to sleep through he whole night after she took 2 shots of this. WOOOOW!!!

I have trouble getting, and staying asleep, and after taking 2 teaspoons of this, I was able to fall asleep, and stay asleep. It was about 20 to 25 minutes after taking it, I felt myself getting sleepy. It has a great berry flavor, you can take it directly, or with some water, or juice. It's really easy to take, and I woke up feeling refreshed, there's no grogginess.

I followed the directions on the bottle, and it has improved my sleep better within a week. Taste pretty good, and I did not wake up groggy. Also, I do not use it everyday, but if I am unable to fall asleep I will take just a spoon full of it. So far! So good! in my opinion. Perfect!

Melatonin has been life changing for that, and this brand is amazing! I have been using this as needed for about a week now and I have been so happy with everything. I have tried different liquids, some habit forming and some non-habit forming, but this has a quicker effect. other do work but takes little time to fall asleep. this one starts working in a couple of minutes. when I wake up I am fresh after having this. others have a lingering effects in the morning. this one is good and I recommend it.

When I first took this you can taste the berries in it, but it has a strong flavor . It took a while before working and I when I finally feel a sleep , I did not stay a sleep. I woke back up. Eventually though I was able to fall back to sleep.
