[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised on the length of the cable, and how quickly it was able to heat. This will drop into the largest of water troughs for any animals. The built in thermostat is great, so I don’t have to worry about unplugging it. It’s heavy and feels well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deicer has a good weight to will stay in the bottom of a water bin good. The wrapped cord is a plus will help prevent mice and other rodents from chewing on it. The cord is heavy duty
