  • A: As of Dec 8, 2021, the title of this item does not seem to match the processor provided by 232_General (Brand Expert). The Galaxy S20 FE has a Snapdragon processor. All other Galaxy S20 models have an Exynos processor.

  • A: Correction of an earlier response by me (Weary) on December 8, 2021: Samsung Galaxy S G20 model SM-G981ULBAATT (Cloud Blue) has a Snapdragon 865 – 12GB RAM processor. Brand Expert 232_General, however, provided a different model number in the Q&A (i.e G950). Without knowing the model #, it is difficult to confirm the processor. Some G20 devices have Exynos processors while others, (like the Samsung G20 FE) use Snapdragon processors.

The Galaxy S20 SM-G980 models only support 4G LTE with 8GB of RAM while the Galaxy S20 SM-G981 models have 5G and 12GB of RAM.

Never get a refurbished stuff

I got this phone just a month ago, I was texting and the screen turned black, I was still on it but couldn't see the screen. This product only has 14 days warranty and I lost all my money. I really recommend to always get new cell phones, I will pay more money because now I will have to buy a new cell phone, this one doesn't work for me at all.

Extremely disappointed in the quality

I purchased this (it is supposed to be new) in July 2022. In November it started to flicker (picutures attached) and came back to normal after a while. I thought it may be caused by cold whether. So I keep use it. But now it has been flikered like that for 24 hours (till I post the review). Please do not buy this!

Tons of scratches

I get that it is refurbished but this is the roughest shape I've ever seen a refurbished phone come to me. scratches all over the screen, big fents on the side, scratches on the sides, little gouges in the screen. yeah, no.
