Q: How do I remove the glass shade to change the bulb? I cannot get to the three steel wire parts that hold the glass shade.

  • A: To remove the glass shade and change the bulb, you will need to follow these steps: the inside is secured by a spring mechanism. While holding the lamp holder securely, carefully pull the glass shade out with a firm and steady force.
