I purchased these shelves to use as a plant stand but did not realize the maximum weight per shelf is 15lbs. It will work fine for lighter weight plants, but I intended to use it for heavier ones. Love how easy it was to put together and it can fold up in 20 seconds. I recommend it for lightweight use!
