Hi Cindy, Thanks for sharing your feedback! The “Gray/White” option does have a warm linen tone that can read as taupe in some lighting. We always aim to show colors as accurately as possible, and I’m sorry it didn’t look as you expected.

Window valances
I very much like these, but unfortunately, one was shorter than the other two, and in trying to resolve this problem it has been very difficult only wanting me to return the total items. I see this as an issue with online ordering and not dealing with real people.

Linen button valances
These are the prettiest valances I have ever purchased. They were true to size and very easy to iron! I ordered 3 valances for my windows and it changed the appearance of the room. These are a must if you are looking for this type of style.
