Q: Is the interior cooking surface coated with some nonstick or is it truly only steel carbon to tolerate high temperatures?

I like that it's heavy and built solid. On the very edge I noticed light spots as if the coating came off. It doesn't look like it is affecting the inside of the wok, probaby just from the way they are stacked on the rack. Anyway, the coating must be stick free because it is super easy to clean. I've use it twice since I bought it a couple weeks ago. The handle on the side is very helpful when pouring food from it because like I said, it's quite heavy. Purchased for roughly $20.

The pan sucks for stir frying. The meat/veggies stick to the pan. It is horrible if you’re trying to cook with. Don’t waste your money.
