I purchased my NutriBullet Pro approx one month ago and I’m very disappointed with it. I love smoothies and when I activate the base it unscrews itself and leaks the contents and makes a total mess. I had my husband screw it on tight and it still unscrewed itself. On one occasion I couldn’t make out what the noise was until I unscrewed the cup and found the rotary gasket in my smoothie.

This is my second one. First one lasted two years. I have had trouble with this immediately. It shut off once mid blend and wouldn’t turn back on. The blender has started to make weird noises and wouldn’t let me unlock multiple times. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Overall unhappy with this year.

The motor is extremely powerful, and the cup is tall. It takes a few days' practice to learn exactly how to use it. I've found that it works best if I stay with it the whole time I'm blending. I blend for a few seconds, stop, remove the cup and blade assembly from the base, check to be sure it hasn't come unscrewed, carefully move it from side to side to help the ingredients mix together, and repeat this process a couple more times, each time blending no more than 10 seconds. Keep watching to be sure there are no leaks. Then, voila! You will have the best smoothie you've ever tasted.

I bought this blender a little over two months ago. Decent for soft things that require blending like some sauces or fruit, BUT DOES NOT HANDLE ICE. I bought this to replace a previous Nutribullet Pro that I had for five years. This is not a replacement. Smoothies with frozen fruit and water worked alright for a while (although slow compared to my previous model) but I was only able to get four smoothies before it completely broke. I would've expected this from a cheaper brand, or one that doesn't advertise ice crushing capabilities on the product box. Will not buy another product from this company again.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I got replaced my magicbullet with this 900w model. Big mistake. Since day 1 my smoothie leaks out every time I blend and I always have to wipe the sides and bottom of the blender. It’s so frustrating I am probably going to end up tossing this and going back to the magicbullet. What a total waste of money.
