    Great chair but missing electric plug

    I love this chair it is comfy and looks good. It did not have the electrical plugin the box. But target wants me to return the whole chair because of that. That’s so wasteful.

    A Good Chair

    I have back issues so I wanted to get away from a typical recliner. It works for me. It gives the support for my back that I need. I am 5'3" so this chair is the perfect height. My feet touch the floor when I am not using the ottoman. My husband, who is 5'10" was also okay with the height and the height of the back of the chair, too. The massage is a little more than vibration. It works for me. I feel this is a good buy. It was fairly easy to assemble.

    Swivel chair and ottoman

    Aosom has been great.. love the chairs we purchased (2) shipping was fast, easy assembly and very comfortable. Very happy with this product and the customer support was great. Has a simple issue with transit but resolved immediately by Aosom customer service. Impressive... I would recommend to all.... We like the chairs so much we plan on ordering two more for our 5th wheel RV.. recliner with massage... Aosom!!!!! Thanks

    Good chair for the price

    The delivery was on time and chair is very comfortable and a good size for a bedroom. Unfortunately, there were no assembly instructions in the box but I called the company and they were able to quickly send me the instructions by email.
