Did Not Work Same Day of Purchase
Bought this item & on the same day we turned it on to get rid of the plastic smell per manual instructions. Then tried to use it afterwards but it would not turn on. We let it sit for a couple hours cause we thought it overheated… still didn’t work.

Works fine but such a mess to clean, drips oil.
Our previous air fryer was a gourmia with a basket that you pull out, we really liked it. I picked this because it was Gourmia and bigger, we don’t like it. Instead of mesh, the trays are wire, hard to clean and really mess up our heavy duty sponge. And it drips so much oil. No matter how much we clean it, oil drips from the bottom and the crevices in the door catches crumbs and is hard to clean. Otherwise it works fine, but the mess is a dealbreaker. Will use for now and replace as soon as possible.

Bad quality
At first it was a pretty good buy for the price. Unfortunately after having it for a year, you get what you paid for. The touch screen stopped working. Half the screen was not functioning, upon inspection the mother board came loose from the bracket with the screws coming off. I do not recommend very cheaply done.
