Disappointed

I just purchase this set and I'm disappointed. It doesn't have the even heating precision that was promise. And I needed to use a brillo pad to clean it up.

Wrong items should be returned at vendor expense

Not what we ordered. We attempted to return but the cost to return to get the correct item was more than the cost of the item. So it is now sitting in a box waiting to donate to Goodwill.

Do not recommend - not nonstick

Not nonstick! The raised stainless steel circles in the pan causes eggs to stick and basically anything that needs to be flipped over either tears, rips or falls apart from the raised ridges in the pan. Also not easy to clean as food gets stuck in the grooves and I use a toothpick to remove said debris. I own a entire set of Circulon and this falls very short in the nonstick department.

Not really non-stick

The non-stick surface has grooves and so good sticks to them. I have also been waiting for weeks to get a return authorization. I don’t usually post negative reviews but I have tried to contact the company several times and read a notice that it would take two to four weeks - that is an eternity in 2022.

Horrible, AVOID - everything sticks

I purchased these trusting the Circulon brand and warranty promise - Great mistake. Warranty is not acknowledged and everything sticks. Warranty people said use oil or butter - DUH - What a waste of money! Never would I have thought of a response like that. DON'T BUY THESE - They are horrible!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is not a Non-Stick product

Purchased a set of pans, Tried to fry eggs and potatoes several times using oil, terrible results with each size pan. I have other Circulon products with no issues but this set is terrible. It should not be marketed as non-stick product. Can this be exchanged for another product?

Not truly non-stick

I’ve had these pans for 6 months and depending on what I make - food will stick to the stainless shell ridges. I was expecting a truly non-stick experience - this is not the case. After frying up some chicken sausage last night, you can see all the food sticking to the ridges. I always use oil when I cook. And truthfully, I’ve had less sticking with other non-stick brands (cooking this exact sausage). Pans have such a great look and I love that they are oven-safe, but they don’t live up to expectations.

I thought these were non stick

I just received my set. Washed them with soap and water. Went to fry an egg with no cooking spray as recommended. The egg stuck to the pan terribly.
