Drybar The Half Shot Small Round Blow-Dryer Brush: Hair Dryer, Yellow, Electric, All Hair Types

I never write reviews but I absolutely have to now. I used the half shot maybe 7 times and the motor blew out and stank so bad ! Mind you I would only use this for my curtain bangs :( so pricey for no reason

the ease of this… i can't emphasize enough. its perfect, light & does the job. I have a Dyson but sometimes you just don't wanna take out that huge case and all the different tools that are with it. I also love to take this whenever I'm traveling and my hair is perfect every time.

For reference - I have wavy/frizzy hair. Pros: Compared to regular dryer and round brush - using halfshot at the highest setting leaves my hair looking and feeling way shinier and healthier with way less frizz. Takes about half the time to dry taht it would take with my 1800 watt dryer and Round Brush. Cons My hair is medium length and I dont feel like even the halfshot offers the volume that I need. Any setting other than the highest setting leaves my hair feeling frizzy/dry.

bought multiple of these dryers, each died and stopped working within a year, newest one lasted 10 days before not turning on. Never repurchasing

I initially bought the larger size but although my hair is long and somewhat wavy - I dont have thick hair and need volume. The larger size I felt left my hair feeling flat. So I bought the half barrel thinking that might do the trick but nope. Same difference. and I feel like it sucks the moisture out of my hair compared to just using my round brush and blow dryer. It just looks dryer using this product and I dont see the benefit other than it really does dry very fast. Still that doesnt make it worth it to me.

Bought this brush thinking I was paying for quality. Yeah right… Honestly i was better off sticking to my older lower cost brush never had any issues. It shuts off randomly. The highest setting gets so hot basically frying your hair. Im so scared to use this setting. The lowest setting has minimal air flow. Youll never finish styling your hair Honestly dont waste your money look at other options

used maybe 3 times it over heated started smoking and died. it doesnt work and drybar wont respond to warrenty claims.

I absolutely love this! My hair has never looked better whenever I use this and it's perfect for "swooping" my curtain bangs out of my face. I have a couple frustrations: I wish the yellow tip were longer to hold on to and it gets hot quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE MY NEW DRYBAR BLOW-DRYER!!! I borrowed my daughter-in-laws while on vacation. It dried and styled my hair in half the time as my own blow-dryer (which I threw away). I ordered the Half Shot Small Round Blow-Dryer Brush the same day. It lives on my vanity because I use it everyday to freshen my style.

I absolutely love how this dryer styles my hair. There are two things I dislike greatly however. One, in order to use the highest fan setting, you must use the hottest setting. My hair is literally smoking and too hot for my fingers to touch. Second, the bristles get easily bent down. I clean my bristles after every use, but they are easily bent down. I even store specially where the bristles are not crushed. I really wish there was a separate setting for fan speed and heat.

Purchased a small dryer from a different company. Wanted it for travel because I use the Dyson Air Wrap at home. Used the other one once and it literally smoked and burned. Returned it quickly but needed something for travel. I don't travel with my Dyson because I've actually had one stolen from my luggage. So i bought thus one for travel. Its a little larger than i wanted, but it is so lightweight it made up for size. I love this dryer. Its perfect for my fine shoulder length hair. Its easy to use and gets hot enough to lock in stule but not cook my hair. In fact i love almost…. Almost as much as my Dyson. So glad i bought and did not wrigh fown my suitcase or dufgle at all!!! Love it!

I have thick frizzy,l hair. This thing was amazing. I dried my hair in no time and didn't have to use my flat iron!

I'll say it did a good job drying my hair without it getting too hot. However it's uncomfortable to hold while drying my hair. The top part of it is too short to hold on to while running it through my hair. Also the filter on the bottom comes up too far on the handle I felt like my hair was going to get sucked in. I also noticed the barrel itself pulled my hair as I was blow drying it. Not good for long hair.
