    Damaged Merchandise

    I have ordered a few storage cabinets and just ordered a lateral metal file cabinet. Every single item I have ordered from this shipper pieces have arrive dented and damaged. Yes, I am very picky but why would I pay $200 plus for any dented merchandise. I emailed to ask if they'd send replacement parts and they just refer me back to Target. Target doesn't provide replacement parts and the packages are 100+ pounds. Who wants to return a package that size then have to get another and carry it again. Extremely poor customer service and quality of items. If you don't mind dented metal cabinets then this company is great. If you want quality you pay for I'd be cautious.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design, luxury. The spacious cabinet can hold many things and is very sturdy. The compartment has a key so it is highly secure. In particular, you will not be able to open two compartments at the same time. You must ensure that one of the two compartments must be closed before you can open the other compartment, which increases the stability of the cabinet. I like it, the one minus point is that the assembly instructions are a bit difficult to imagine so it took me time to learn to install. But overall I still really like it. I will recommend to friends and relatives🥰

    Locking file cabinet assembly nightmare

    This file cabinet required extensive assembly, much more than I had anticipated. The directions and schematics were limited and confusing. It took several hours to build. The finished product is good (so 3 stars) but not great (somewhat rickety still). The assembly and directions get zero stars. An absolutely miserable experience (and we have a lot of IKEA so we are used to assembly - this sucked)

    Good for storage files

    Very easy to build!

    read info carefully before ordering

    this is a good home filing cabinet, however pay close attention to the details before ordering, you must put it together. I selected a metal cabinet thinking it would come assembled, my fault for not paying close attention to the description. This cabinet was difficult to assemble, especially since mine came damaged on one side, my husband helped me to make to work and if it wouldn't have been such a hassle to return I would have done that because it also came in the wrong color, it was putty not black so needless to say I will use it but was disappointed
