Not Really Sure Either Way
I feel like I don't have enough information to tell you if this works or not. We do cloth diapers, and have tried stripping them a few times to see if that helps, along with changing them more frequently. So, along with all of those things, the rash has improved. But it seems more like a correlation than a causation at this point. I will say that it takes a while to dry. So if you try to let it air dry as per the instructions, be prepared to distract your little one for a while.

Not just for babies!
I use this for under boobs and under belly fold. It's the best. No difficult-to-clean-off creams. No getting-on-everything-in-bathroom powder. The only thing I would change (to keep costs down and use less plastic) is that refills be made available.

This stuff works really well! If I’m noticing the start of a rash I like to use this stuff. I still use a cream at night or if the baby’s bum is really red, but this stuff is amazing at preventing rashes!

Works better than Desitin. Desitin continued with the rash and seemed to make it slightly worse, I used it per his pediatrician. She wanted to prescribe a stronger antifungal for his tush, but once I told her about this spray, she was surprised and asked what the ingredients were. His rash went away after the first day, and I am I happier momma. You don't even need that much, two sprays and air dry. Baby's bum is good as new.

Works but don't like the smell
Its easy to use, less messy than a cream or ointment BUT diaper changes smell way more after using this for some reason. I hadn't noticed until my baby actually pooped after being sprayed with this stuff. I don't think it's a terrible thing but it was different and not pleasant. I'll finish the bottle and consider if I would purchase since this was a gift

ACTUALLY WORKS!!! And FAST
I received this in a baby registry bag, and had never heard of it. I was slightly skeptical, but I saved it since it only had 3 ingredients, which is always appealing. Well, my older son got a rash, and I tried everything; nothing worked, I remembered this stuff, and tried it. After 3 diaper changes/spray application, this relentless rash (it was probably day 5 of this stinking rash not going away), is COMPLETELY GONE. Mind blown. I will be adding more bottles onto my registry, and keeping this on hand at all times!!! And to the only weirdo who gave 1 star… The smell is salt water (like the ocean), not BLEACH. Lolll There’s clearly no bleach in this. Hahaha The smell is not strong, and smells like ocean water, folks.
