Upsetting to receive as a gift..

Just wanted to share how the tea pot arrived to my daughter. This is unacceptable the way they throw things around. You need to do better.

Great tea kettle

Great tea kettle! Adds a nice touch to my stove top. I like to keep my kettle out on display. This is the first kettle that has a really nice look with a shiny finish.It is ready much faster than my old teakettle. Happy with this Product.
