Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our Wahl Cordless Touch-Up Trimmer. Let me assure you that Wahl does not send out any "used" hair clippers. A likely source of the hair-like fibers are shavings from the blade guard that is attached to the clipper blades for protection. During shipment, the blade can rub against the blade guard creating shavings that may be mistaken for hair. In addition, during our normal quality assurance checks, we do a cutting test using rope material. Every effort is made to remove all fibers, but some may remain. However, these are not harmful or are not used hair. If Wahl can do anything for you, please let our customer service department know at 1-800-729-9245 (USA only) or 1-815-625-6525 (Outside USA). Cheap but ok for sensitive ares
It's good for touch ups and delicate areas but it's definitely not a whole body trimmer. It's only for paw pads and sanitary clips. When I saw it was want I didn't realize it would be cheap plastic and take a couple of batteries. I assumed I use their professional products it would be a rechargeable battery and well made.

It gets clogged but it works really well I used it to groom my fur baby for the first time and it was really easy. I highly recommend you get this if you want to groom your fur baby yourself , it doesn’t nick your fur baby if it gets to close to the skin and it’s wireless you have full control of it. It’s a great product!

HORRIBLE
I’m away from home right now but I wanted to trim my dogs hair a bit, so I bought this. It’s horrible, not pet safe AT ALL! I was trimming my dogs hair as I normally do with my other shavers I have, and all of a sudden my dog yelps and he’s bleeding. I have NEVER experienced this with any other dog shaver. Horrible and returned it.

Stopped working during third trim
I bought this to trim my puppy's paws. It worked fine the first time. Second time it slowed down as if the batteries were low. I changed the batteries and it still buzzed slowly. It still worked, but much more slowly. The third time, it just stopped working in the middle of the trim.

Soooo Gucci got a cut he's a pup this was his first chop I literally did it at home with these wahl clippers. He looks amazing. Of course use a guard... These wahl clippers didn't overheat however they did cut close. Gucci hair is very thick!
