Not as described online! Please read this before you buy

This item supposed to be for kids and even adults but it is unstable, and could cause injury to your kids...Do not believe that this could support 660Lbs, enough less than 100 lbs to see that it is not a stable structure. I returned this pretty heavy item (took me a time to arrange the help to get this to UPS) and now cannot get a refund. So sad experience with Target! And now we have to wait 5-6 days on another respond from Target! Hopefully, it will be some way positive...otherwise I would not try to return this not good quality item!

Horrible product

I bought this swingset per the description, "holds up to 660 lbs, suitable for children and adults". It is not. It broke after only a couple of weeks of use. I would not trust the description nor the company. And most likely I will not get a refund, because I trashed the box. It's a crap product, don't waste your money or time.

Perfect for one year year-old

This worked perfect for our one year old grandson. My daughter loved it. We also bought a bucket swing to replace The strap swing until he's older. It's a perfect size for younger children

This has saved my bacon. No more melt downs exhausted asleep by 8:30 pm. Because of homeschooling 2 can get up whenever. Even neurotipicals love it for meditation. Basking in the sun.

Perfect for the price and size!

We just got this set up yesterday, but our kids have loved it! We got it put together over about four hours total, with some setbacks along the way, can probably be done faster. It includes an Allen wrench and regular small wrench labeled 10 & 14 on either end. I recommend using a regular full size wrench with those measurement\'s, or one that you can adjust easily. The provided tools will take longer and not be as efficient, but it's great that they included it! The saucer swing was a little tricky to put the bars together, but if you place one hook, the next should be on the opposite side of that, not next to it. This caused a bit of headache during assembly as the holes were not lining up correctly. Placement of the second hook is key to alignment! Directions were ok, but not as clear as they could be. Just be sure to take your time and get everything lined up first. Anchors are included, as well as caps if you need to place on concrete. Pretty light overall, but good for ease of moving if you need to change locations with it.

I thought it comes with swings but swings are not included and you can tell it made very cheap, if I buy swings this things is going to cost me over $300. And I just saw a swing and slide set for $230 with 3 swings included. Who sell only frames. This is scam. I wish I had read it carefully

Good for little ones as height for top bar from floor is less so anyone older than that will not fit comfortably. Seller is really good and approachable. Ready to answer any questions and very supportive for the customer.

Swing Stand

This was a returned item and I know because of when I opened it and the ziplock bags the screws were in. What I did t understand was why was there a ziplock bag with an envelope in it? Living on on a military base and seeing this definitely said red flags so I didn’t bother to open it any further. I called Target customer service and wow! She advices me to take back to target store mind you this is super heavy and I have little ones how am I to do all that, when I said noway can this be done I was asked don’t you have family or friends to help you??? Being a military spouse without family to ever help me in the last 19 years she definitely knew how to rub that in, thanks so much! Going to try to order the stand again and hope its not the same issue. The product was heavy duty as described on the site and I’m giving it 1 star because of how it came and the customer service. After much discussion she did get UPS to do a pickup in my home.
