Q: What size or how long is the gas attachment hose? If it's on the shorter side, can I just swap it out for a longer one of my liking or do I have to use the one it comes with?

  • A: It is approximately 1 meter long. It is recommended to use the original gas pipe. If you replaces it yourself, there is no guarantee that it will definitely work

Q: how do regulate the air flow? to increase the temp? also is the temperature gauge tell you how hot stone is or just oven?

  • A: The temperature gauge indicates the oven temperature. If you want to measure the temperature of the pizza stone, you need to prepare an infrared thermometer yourself to directly measure the temperature of the pizza stone. The method to increase temperature: 1. Adjust the firepower and adjust the high fire; 2. Close the furnace door

    Worst product

    It’s not working after month the on and off switch doesn’t work they temperature meater doesn’t work so can’t tell how hot is that and we only used it couple times in month don’t buy it not worth it because 30day return window is not enough for you to try and see if goes bad or not I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Cooks amazing pizza

    This pizza oven is amazing. I got it for my parents as a Christmas present and they absolutely love it. It was a learning curve on how to cook the pizza without burning it but we figured it out super quick. It gets super hot so you have to constantly turn the pizza to get an even cook but it always turned out amazing.

    No quality control

    One of the pieces (for the gas tank) was created improperly so the only way to get it to fit on the oven was putting it in upside down. Sad because it was a Christmas present and I was really hoping it’d be great :(
