The interior seems to be really non-stick! But the item is so light! A little disappointing. I expected better quality in comparison with OXO brand for instance.

Not induction-friendly

The description said it’s suitable for induction. Which I trusted, so I already had food in it when my induction cooktop gave me an error message that it was the wrong kind of pan.
