    If I could give a zero I would! The item was repackaged with only plastic wrap no item description and not the item I ordered!! Target gave me a hard time returning and would only give a gift card because the item was no longer on their website!! Shame on you Target!!

    Shipping issues

    Ordered this item and it’s been almost two weeks and it hasn’t shipped yet but can’t cancel it because allegedly they already made a shipping label. Would not recommend.

    It smelled like chemicals

    The smell of the foam was overwhelming and gave me a headache after an hour. I didn’t lay on it. I moved it into the spare room for several days and it never lost the horrible chemical smell. Target was excellent with the return and I was very disappointed with the product. They could smell it at the return counter in the store!!

    We are curious to know the manufacturing date on the product box to know if it was a batch issue. If you could contact us at customerservice@sinomax-usa.com What that smell is, is an amplified smell of new Polyurethane foam. Polyurethane is a polymer composed of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links, and is not made of any dangerous compounds. It is nontoxic and nonharmful and will dissipate with usage. That smell unfortunately can come with any memory foam product by any manufacture. All our products are Certi-Pur certified and you can find our company name listed on their site. All our products must meet their standards before anything can hit the shelves. Only airing out will only partially help the smell go away. We also recommend compression of the product. When memory foam is made, it rises and cures just as bread would, and gets little air pocket bubbles. Those bubbles inside are holding in the smell. With compression or sitting on, using, or massaging it will speed up the process of the smell escaping and going away. It is also safe to use a Febreze spray for Lysol aerosol can, to help alleviate some of the smell. A protector is fine to use, but it may only trap the smell inside as it is pushed out with use, and no air flow to the product will not allow you to feel the cooling aspect. if you have any questions or concerns please contact us at customerservice@sinomax-usa.com
